CONSTRUCTION

Moscow city authorities on November 12th, 2013 of November 2013,  announced that a
consortium including Citymakers and Hargreaves Associates, and headed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro (New York), had won the competition for the landscape architectural concept of park Zaryadye.
Citymakers is involved in Zaryadye and Kitay-Gorod districts research since 2011,  mobilizing public discussion with a series of roundtable events, workshops and government meetings.

Citymakers was responsible for integrating the new Park into the surrounding urban environment, project solutions application, and putting together financial, operational and management models. We gathered feedback from local experts, including specialists in Moscow’s culture and historical heritage, and the conservation of monuments.

As a part of an international consortium consisting of 12 companies from 6 countries, Citymakers developed a comprehensive design for 13 hectares of the park and offered solutions for surrounding areas.
